First let me thank you again... I can't believe you were able to accommodate my pickup within 2 days of the order and have it delivered just 4-6 days later. That's fast!!! Swift had a week and a half to do the L.A. pickup and never did it. Plus they could not even guarantee delivery by Nov 15th. So, needless to say, I'm incredibly happy that I switched to you guys. Accepting credit card, accepting my 2 random boxes that I found the day after the movers left... all of this adds up to an amazing company to deal with, especially during a such a stressful time as a move. You can count on my for a sterling review. Just tell me where you want it posted.

Sorry to take so long but have been very busy unpacking, etc. I can say our experience with Lightning Van Lines was EXCELLENT! The packers in California did a great, thorough job. They were courteous, efficient, and careful. We, as you know, put extra demands on them and they were very responsive.
The delivery was also great! The driver was very helpful in directing the unloading and the workers very responsive to our requests as to where to put things. Of special concern was to not damage our new home (walls, floors, corners, etc.) and there were no instances.
I am unaware of any damage to contents! So far we have unpacked or checked everything.

As I mentioned on the phone, we were very happy with all aspects of our move. The crew was pleasant, humorous, and very helpful. All items arrived in good repair without damages. The extra care in protective wrapping was of great benefit since there was a lot of cherished furniture, fragile glass and china that was moved.
I have recommended your company to my neighbors and Realtor with the highest praise. Thanks again for making a usually painful experience much more pleasant.

WE LOVE LIGHTNING VAN LINES!
We used them twice this year and BOTH times were great experiences! Starting with Stan.....he kept me calm under stressful conditions. He made sure our movers were on time and EFFICIENT!
I have never seen such hardworking movers! The team (both instances) were very careful with our furniture and unbelievably quick in clearing out our house.
I've moved many times in my life but can honestly say these were the best experiences......NOTHING WENT WRONG!

Thank you so much for everything. Our move from San Francisco to Tupelo, Mississippi went perfectly. Ben and Stan did a great job of estimating the cost of our move and helped make it affordable.
Everyone was understanding of my situation: expecting a new baby, limited budget, limited time. We did our best to pack ourselves effeciently and to intelligently and neatly organize all of our boxes for the moving team who came to pick up.
The packing they did was fantastic and fast. I regret that I've lost their names because all three guys were professional, friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. They did a great job.
Delivery came at a perfect time. I gave Michael and Max some challenges on this end but they handled it all with grace. No items were broken, nothing was lost, and they beat the noontime sun. They were accurate with my inventory, happy to separate the boxes and items I needed in storage from the items I kept out, and had completely professional attitudes. Wow. Thanks to everyone.
All of you did a fantastic job for us and we are grateful. Please feel free to call on us as references and to post this letter. You did an amazing job of overseeing all of this.

Dear Ben, Stan and Lighting Van Lines,
On the morning of my move, I received a call from the moving company I had booked weeks in advance, to let me know that my move would be delayed a day.
It was the last day of the month, a Friday and holiday weekend ? I can't even begin to tell you how angry I was. In a barrage of phone calls, I was lucky enough to come across Stan, relocation specialist at your 877 number. He was incredibly helpful and calming, and from initial contact, I knew he was going to make a valiant effort to help me.
To make a long story short, within the hour - three movers in a clean professional moving truck pulled up to my house. The movers were very courteous, professional and hardworking.
Stan took a deposit from me over the phone but I was also charged the full amount at the end of the move. When I realized it - I made one phone call to Stan ? he asked me to fax over the paperwork and he would process a refund.
The next day, I was contacted by your office for my credit card number so the refund could be processed. I was impressed that the information had been communicated, researched and that your office contacted me before I could even find my paperwork! Thank you again to Stan and your team for making my move a success.
I was moving into my first house and needless to say, it made a potentially horrible experience into a positive one, getting me off to a great start!
